Kiiu, Kuusalu Parish, Harjumaa

Kiiu Industrial Park is located between Peterburi maantee and Vana-Narva maantee, on the territory of former Kiiu horticulture farm (20 ha).

Added value is provided by close neighbours Galv-Est AS (galvanizing factory), Weerec AS (electronic waste processing factory) and Tehomet Baltic OÜ (manufacturing of lighting poles and masts).

Detailed plan has been adopted and utility networks completed.
Utility networks are available up to the lot border: water and sewerage, communication, natural gas, electricity, access roads and street lighting.
