Maru Defence recently shipped a large order consisting of nearly 40 containers to the armed forces of a NATO country.
“In the defense industry, capability is largely measured by whether you can deliver solutions on a large scale,” said Tanel Rõõm, sales manager at Maru Defence. “This container order is a good demonstration of Maru Defence’s production capacity, which reached its current level last year when we moved into our new factory.”
Maru Defence offers its customers container-based solutions on a “turnkey” basis, which means that the customer receives a mission-ready order. Currently, the company is fulfilling a framework contract for the RKIK’s field hospitals and also makes deliveries to the armed forces and medical and rescue organizations in several other countries.
