According to the latest attractive employers survey conducted by Instar, Maru Ehitus is the 9th most attractive employer in Estonia among engineering students.
This strong result reflects the company’s growing visibility among future engineers and students in other technical fields. Key contributors to this achievement include consistent collaboration with universities, internship opportunities, and welcoming students to both construction sites and the company office.
In 2026, this partnership was strengthened by a scholarship awarded by Maru Ehitus for students in the construction field, established under the TalTech Development Fund. The EUR 3000 scholarship is awarded to a construction student specialising in building design and construction management, building services engineering, or pursuing a master’s degree in civil engineering. Alongside academic excellence, active engagement and a drive for professional growth are key evaluation criteria.
