On June 21, 2023, Maru Ehitus AS and W.EG. Eesti OÜ entered into a construction contract for W.EG. Eesti’s office building in Tallinn and the reconstruction of a warehouse, located at Suur-Sõjamäe põik 11, Tallinn. The scope of work also includes partial design work: architecture, structural engineering, and electrical systems.
Total enclosed net floor area of the office building to be constructed and the warehouse to be renovated: 5,492.3 m².
The construction project will be handed over no later than April 2024.
