On February 3, 2023, Maru Ehitus AS and W.EG. Eesti OÜ entered into a construction contract for the construction of W.EG. Eesti OÜ’s Tartu retail and warehouse building, located at Tehnika 3a, Tartu. Enclosed net floor area of the building: 2,190.7 m².
The scope of work also includes: architectural design to the minimum extent required up to the preliminary design (PP) stage, detailed structural design, including the preparation of product drawings, preparation of the high-voltage electrical design, and ensuring compliance with the interior design project submitted by the Client.
The construction project will be handed over in October 2023.
