Representatives of W.EG. Eesti and Tartu Mayor Raimond Tamm both attended the ceremony marking the building’s new milestone on April 18. The W.EG. Estonia project is significant for all parties involved—after a hiatus of several years, Maru Ehitus is once again building in Tartu, and this will be the largest wholesale warehouse for electrical supplies in Southern Estonia.
The building’s enclosed net floor area will be approximately 2,000 m2 and will house sales areas, office space, and an indoor warehouse. In addition, the outdoor storage area will cover approximately 5,000 m².
The commercial building is scheduled for completion in October, with the topping-out ceremony set for next month!
