This past Friday the 13th turned out to be a truly festive and wonderful day: the new marina building in Pirita has already reached its full height! In keeping with tradition, the building was adorned with a wreath, which was lowered by Tanel Tamm, vice commodore and board member of the Kalevi Yacht Club, and board member Raido Notton.
The new building, set to be completed this spring, will feature changing rooms, saunas, and a gym, as well as offices for the harbor master and the sports school, and a boathouse. The Estonian Yachting Union and the sailing workshop will begin using the new facilities. As early as next season, club members and sailing enthusiasts will be able to enjoy and use the marina building under its new conditions!
