Maru Ehitus AS specializes in general contracting services and general construction project management. Our core activities are supported by the subsidiary OÜ Maru THM, acquired in early 2006, which deals with the installation of buildings and structures, the subsidiary Maru Rakennus Oy and SIA Maru Celtniecība in Latvia have been created to carry out the main construction contract.

Construction main contract
In the case of the main construction contract, we guarantee high-quality and on-time completion of the works at the contractual cost.
Design-build contract
In the case of a design-build contract, we also carry out design work according to the client’s initial task.

In the case of a project management contract, we organize the entire construction and design process for an agreed management fee on the principle of open invoices.
