On June 21, 2023, Maru Ehitus AS and W.EG. Eesti OÜ signed the construction contract to build the office building and to reconstruct a warehouse for W.EG. Eesti in Tallinn, located at Suur-Sõjamäe põik 11.
The scope of work also includes partial design works: architecture, structures and heavy current.
Total closed net area of the office building to be erected and the warehouse to be reconstructed: 5492.3 m².

The construction works will be handed over in April 2024 at the latest.
