Maru Ehitus is constructing office and warehouse buildings at Vinkli 9 and 10 in Tallinn

On October 29, 2025, Maru Ehitus AS and Kummeli Kinnisvara OÜ entered into a general contractor agreement for design and construction work to build office and warehouse buildings, located at Vinkli 9 and Vinkli 10, Tallinn. Enclosed net floor area: 4,759^m² and 1,508^m².

Scheduled completion date for the buildings: October 2026.
