Maru Ehitus and VBH Estonia OÜ signed a contract for the design and construction of VBH Estonia’s new corporate headquarters in Raku Business Park, located at Sinirebase 15. The project involves the design and construction of a modern warehouse and logistics complex spanning nearly 4,000 m², complete with a sales and showroom area, as well as office and amenity spaces.
The architect for the new office building is Jüri Pilliroog of Loob Projekt OÜ, and the lead designer is Norte OÜ.
“VBH’s new building will have more space both in the warehouse area (with a floor area of 2,600 m² and a storage height of 10 meters) and in the office area (with a floor area of 900 m²). New break rooms will be built for employees, and training and testing rooms will be added —all to provide even better and more efficient service to both current and future customers,” commented Indrek Sauga, CEO of VBH Estonia.
Construction of the new building will begin this spring, and the building will be completed in April 2027.
