Maru Ehitus signed a contract with Espak Tartu AS to expand Espak’s Tartu branch at Turu tn 24. As part of the project, a modern two-story retail building with support facilities will be designed and constructed, which will increase the store’s retail space by approximately one-third.
The architecture of the expansion follows the familiar jagged line of the existing building, adding a more contemporary look with a spacious glass facade. Construction and demolition work will be carried out in such a way that the store remains open to customers throughout the entire period.
Construction will begin in the spring of 2026, and the expansion will be completed by early 2027.
