On August 6, Maru Ehitus AS and Biston OÜ signed a contract for the construction of a new office and warehouse building with a total area of approximately 4,400 m2. The scope of work also includes design services, and handover is scheduled for May 2025.
For Biston OÜ, the new warehouse represents an important step in the company’s development. The building, currently under construction, will resolve the long-standing shortage of warehouse space; furthermore, it will allow all warehouse areas and the office building to be consolidated under one roof. As a result, Biston OÜ employees will enjoy better working and living conditions. This will lay the groundwork for providing even higher-quality service to our partners and, in turn, make the company more competitive.

The building currently under construction is located at 8 Suurvälja Road, in the village of Vaela, Kiili Parish, Harju County.
