On November 4, 2025, Maru Ehitus AS and Kaveks Holding OÜ signed a contract for the expansion of the Pärnamäe Center. The expansion will bring new retail and service spaces to the area and create a modern and attractive urban space that supports the growing living environment of Tallinn and its surrounding areas.
Construction work on the new expansion will begin this fall, and the expansion will be completed by early September 2026. As a result of the project, Pärnamäe Keskus will gain over 2,000m² of new space, including an expansion of anchor tenant RIMI’s retail space as well as new rental spaces.

The expansion currently under construction will transform the Pärnamäe Center area into one of the most important retail and service hubs in eastern Tallinn. Pärnamäe Center is located at Lilleoru tee 4, Viimsi Parish, Harju County, and the center was designed by Estplain OÜ, Igor Sidorenko.
