Maru Ehitus has successfully completed a project to digitize the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). The goal of the project was to automate the collection and processing of the company’s most important key performance indicators (KPIs) to prevent human error and ensure the consistency of the metrics over time.
As part of the project, a Power BI report was created that displays KPI targets, actual results, and forecasts over the years. Data is imported from various sources, including the data warehouse, SharePoint sites, and folders. The project budget was 12,320 euros, which covered analysis, development, testing, and project management.
The balanced scorecard includes strategic priorities and key performance indicators that apply to both the Maru Ehituse Group as a whole and to each company and its business units individually. As a result of the project, the company is now able to obtain accurate information and track progress toward its goals over time much more precisely, systematically, and with less human intervention than before.
“The successful completion of this project is an important milestone on our company’s digital transformation journey. Automated data collection and processing help us avoid human error and ensure the consistency of metrics over time, which is critical to achieving our strategic goals,” said Margo Dengo, Chairman of the Board at Maru Ehitus.
The project ran from January 15, 2024, to November 30, 2024, and the grant amount was 6,160 euros. The project was funded by the European Union’s NextGenerationEU recovery fund.
