On January 12, 2024 Maru Ehitus AS and DMT Insenerid OÜ signed a general construction contract for the construction of the DMT office building, located at Kadaka pst 112, Tallinn. Closed gross area of the building: 1279.9 m2. The main designer is Norte OÜ and the architect is Arhitekt 11 OÜ.

The building will have new office space for DMT Insenerid OÜ and spaces for renting out. Also a gym with a sauna and a restaurant.

Construction works will be handed over in January 2025.
