On January 12, 2024, Maru Ehitus AS and DMT Insenerid OÜ signed a general contractor agreement for the construction of the DMT office building, located at Kadaka pst 112, Tallinn. The building’s enclosed gross floor area is 1,279.9 m². The lead designer is Norte OÜ, and the architect is Arhitekt 11 OÜ.
The building will feature new office spaces for DMT Insenerid OÜ’s own use and for lease. It will also include a gym with a sauna and a restaurant.
The construction project will be handed over in January 2025.
