Maru Defence will participate in the Supply, Security & Defense Expo 2025, an international trade fair for supply chain security, internal security, and the defense industry, taking place May 14–16 at Bekkeri Harbor in Tallinn. More than 70 companies from Estonia and abroad will have their own booths at the expo, and visitors from more than 30 countries have registered to attend.
Maru Defence, a brand operating under MDSC Systems, offers mobile and transportable container solutions designed primarily for military and emergency services. Among other things, the company manufactures tactical command centers, field hospitals, containers for storing hazardous waste, and first-aid modules. MDSC Systems has supplied mobile solutions to defense and emergency response agencies in both Estonia and Scandinavia. Maru Defence field hospitals have been deployed in Ukraine.
On November 26, 2024, MDSC Systems OÜ laid the cornerstone for its new 8,000-square-meter production facility in Rakus. The plant, set to open in early fall, will begin manufacturing smart space solutions for both military and civilian use.
