Maru Ehitus AS signed a design-build contract with Module Tech OÜ on October 26, 2018, to build a 7 800 sqm modular houses production building in Loovälja Industrial Park. The production building for Module Tech OÜ will be part of Loovälja Industrial Park, where the first production building, Favor AS, was opened in 2017. After the completion of the production building for Module Tech OÜ, it is possible to build another 21 000 sqm of buildings in Loovälja Industrial Park.

Module Tech OÜ’s primary business focus is the production of modular houses and modular on-site facilities. The modules are built according to Norwegian construction standards. Their primary market is Scandinavia.

Construction is expected to begin in mid-November and the building will be completed in September 2019.
