On February 12, Maru Ehitus AS and Everaus Ärimajad OÜ signed a general construction contract for the design and construction of a warehouse with mini-storage units, located at Tasandi 2, Tallinn (Haabersti). Total enclosed net area of the building: approximately 2,100 m².

The four-story building, to be constructed on the border of Õismäe, will feature 342 mini-storage units ranging in size from 2 to 20 m², including practical garage units with lifting doors. This will be a 100% contactless mini-storage service, allowing users to sign a rental agreement online in just a few minutes and immediately start using the storage unit.

The construction is set to be completed in December 2025.
