On August 6th, Maru Ehitus AS and Biston OÜ signed a contract for construction of the new office and warehouse building with a total area of approximately 4,400 sqm. The scope of work also includes design services, and the handover is planned for May 2025.

For Biston OÜ, the new warehouse is an important step in the company’s development. The completed building will solve the long-standing issue of insufficient storage space, and it will allow all storage areas and the office building to be consolidated under one roof. This will provide Biston OÜ employees with better working conditions. These improvements create the prerequisites for offering even higher quality services to their partners, thereby making the company more competitive.

The building is located in Vaela village, Kiili municipality, Harju County, at Suurvälja tee 8.
