Eesti Traat OÜ Business and Production Building

The new production facility will have 12,130 m² of production and warehouse space and 520 m² of office space. In addition to the building, over 23,000 m² of paved storage yards will be constructed, complete with the necessary utility networks, along with 16,500 m² of new landscaping. An access road over 700 m long will also be reconstructed.

Eesti Traat OÜ manufactures and markets a variety of products for reinforcing masonry and concrete in the Baltic States and Scandinavia, such as rebar mesh and rebar, joint reinforcement, masonry mesh, spacer bars, etc.

Design work began in September, and the construction project will be completed in October 2018.
