Chemi-Pharm AS Production Facility

On April 11, Maru Ehitus AS signed a contract to build a new production facility for Chemi-Pharm AS. The construction contract was preceded by a design contract.
The new factory is located on Jälgimäe Road in Tänassilma and will have over 4,400 m² of net floor area, of which approximately 2,000 m² will be warehouse space, approximately 1,070 m² will be office space, and the remainder will be production space. The production and office sections of the building will be constructed using a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame, while the warehouse sections will have a steel frame.
Chemi-Pharm AS manufactures various antiseptics for hospitals and companies with high hygiene requirements, and its other line of business is the production of various cosmetic products.
