Maru Ehitus AS and Eesti Traat OÜ signed a design-build contract on September 12, 2017 to build an office and production building, located at Lõuna tee 10, Loo.
The new production building has 12,230 sqm production and warehouse space and 520 sqm office space. In addition to the building, more than 23,000 sqm of paved warehouse areas with the necessary utility networks and 16,500 sqm of landscaping  will be constructed. The 700-meter driveway is also being reconstructed.

Eesti Traat OÜ produces and distributes different reinforcement products in the Baltics and Scandinavia, such as reinforcement mesh and rebars, wall grid, spacers, lattice girders, etc.

The design works will start in September and the construction work will be completed in October 2018.
