On August 6, Maru Ehitus AS and Biston O\u00dc signed a contract for the construction of a new office and warehouse building with a total area of approximately 4,400 m2. The scope of work also includes design services, and handover is scheduled for May 2025. <\/p>\n\n
For Biston O\u00dc, the new warehouse represents an important step in the company\u2019s development. The building, currently under construction, will resolve the long-standing shortage of warehouse space; furthermore, it will allow all warehouse areas and the office building to be consolidated under one roof. As a result, Biston O\u00dc employees will enjoy better working and living conditions. This will lay the groundwork for providing even higher-quality service to our partners and, in turn, make the company more competitive. <\/p>\n\n
