The future terminal will have a net floor area of 5,250 m\u00b2, of which 1,450 m\u00b2 will be modern office space and 3,800 m\u00b2 will be warehouse space. In addition, 57 loading docks and 123 parking spaces for terminal employees and visitors will be built adjacent to the building.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new building was designed by Norte O\u00dc, architects Enn Rajasaar and Priit Ehala. The cargo terminal is scheduled to be completed in June 2025.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maru Ehitus is pleased to contribute to the development of such a large business park. CEO Margo Dengo said at the cornerstone-laying ceremony that this project will allow for the implementation of several innovative solutions, which will also help develop the company\u2019s engineering skills. At the same time, the new building under construction will open up numerous new opportunities for the development of the airport\u2019s infrastructure and, consequently, for economic growth.<br\/>So, we thank the client for their trust and wish the project team an exciting few months ahead on-site.
