Among them were two MARU projects: the Kalevi Yacht Club marina building and the Enefit 280-2 chemical plant. Maru Betoonit\u00f6\u00f6d O\u00dc received the \u00c4rip\u00e4ev Construction News Special Award for its concrete work on the Enefit 280-2 project and the buildings of the Security Police Board.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year\u2019s winning entry\u2014the Kalevi Yacht Club marina building\u2014skillfully combines wood and concrete architecture, blending seamlessly into the existing environment. This is true of both the interior and exterior design. One of the building\u2019s most distinctive features is the incorporation of old sails into the casting molds for the exterior reinforced concrete elements.
