The expansion will bring new retail and service spaces to the area and create a modern and attractive urban space that supports the growing living environment of Tallinn and its surrounding areas. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Construction work on the new expansion will begin this fall, and the expansion will be completed by early September 2026. As a result of the project, P\u00e4rnam\u00e4e Keskus will gain over 2,000<sup>m\u00b2<\/sup> of new space, including an expansion of anchor tenant RIMI\u2019s retail space as well as new rental spaces.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAs a construction service provider, it\u2019s always a pleasure when a former client returns to you. Maru Ehitus is pleased to expand the center we built ten years ago. We\u2019re also pleased to contribute to the development of local commerce and to expand and improve the shopping experience,\u201d said Margo Dengo, CEO of Maru Ehitus AS.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe development of <strong>the P\u00e4rnam\u00e4e Center<\/strong>is an important step for Kaveks Holding O\u00dc, and we are very pleased to continue our collaboration with Maru Ehitus, whose professionalism and reliability have been clearly demonstrated in previous projects,\u201d commented Mart Sillaots, a representative of Kaveks Holding O\u00dc for the project. \u201cWe trust in Maru Ehitus\u2019s ability to carry out the expansion with high quality and within the agreed-upon timeframe. Together, we can create a modern and functional environment that offers added value to both the residents of the area and our partners.\u201d  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The expansion currently under construction will transform the P\u00e4rnam\u00e4e Center area into one of the most important retail and service hubs in eastern Tallinn.
