On February 11, the cornerstone was laid for the expansion of the P\u00e4rnam\u00e4e Center building. Once the expansion is complete, the center\u2019s total floor area will reach nearly 5,000 square meters. The expansion will provide additional space for both the Rimi grocery store and the food court, which has become the center\u2019s main attraction. <\/p>\n\n

Under the contract signed with Kaveks Holding O\u00dc, construction work on the expansion began in the fall of 2025, and completion is scheduled for early September of this year. As a result of the project, the center will gain over 2,000 square meters of new space. The completed expansion will establish P\u00e4rnam\u00e4e Keskus as one of the most important retail and service hubs in eastern Tallinn. <\/p>\n\n
