The scope of work also includes design services, and the handover is planned for May 2025.<\/p>\n<p>For Biston O\u00dc, the new warehouse is an important step in the company&#8217;s development. The completed building will solve the long-standing issue of insufficient storage space, and it will allow all storage areas and the office building to be consolidated under one roof. This will provide Biston O\u00dc employees with better working conditions. These improvements create the prerequisites for offering even higher quality services to their partners, thereby making the company more competitive.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Maru Ehitus AS is pleased to contribute to the construction of Biston&#8217;s new building. By supporting the client in this way, we can contribute to the growth of Estonia&#8217;s export business, as Biston O\u00dc operates not only in Estonia but also in Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland. We have signed a construction contract with one of the largest construction companies in Estonia, and we are confident that our cooperation with Maru Ehitus AS will proceed smoothly.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The building is located in Vaela village, Kiili municipality, Harju County, at Suurv\u00e4lja tee 8.<\/p>\n<p>Biston O\u00dc is a company established in 1999 that offers a diverse range of sanitary ware and bathroom furniture from many well-known manufacturers. In addition, Biston also produces sanitary ware under the Aqualine brand. Biston&#8217;s goal is to offer quality products at a good price and to find the best possible solution for the customer.
