Eesti O\u00dc signed the<\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> construction contract to build the <\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">office building and to reconstruct a warehouse for W.EG. Eesti in Tallinn, located at Suur-S\u00f5jam\u00e4e p\u00f5ik 11.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The scope of work also includes partial design works: architecture, structures and heavy current.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Total closed net area of the office building to be erected and the warehouse to be reconstructed: 5492.3 m\u00b2.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The construction works will be handed over in April 2024 at the latest.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/maru.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/weg-tallinn-01.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-19091\" src=\"https:\/\/maru.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/weg-tallinn-01.png\" alt=\"W.EG.
